We’ve had Stefan and his team finish a project we had started and had issues with (with a previous builder). Stefan was very good and took his time to go through all the issues raised by the building control and gave us a very competitive quote for the works. We were only upto partial structure so technically he finished the rest of the structure and all the internals up to and including all tiles, flooring, underfloor heating, painting etc. The main thing I found great about him is that he was always a couple weeks ahead, so whenever we had our weekly update meetings he was always on target and always knew exactly what the next few weeks would include. He was also very easily accessible in out of work hours via WhatsApp and was always easy to discuss changes with. We had lots of issues and he actually didn’t increase the price which I very greatly appreciated. His work was excellent and the quality was fantastic. His team always started on time and left the site clean and tidy at the end of each day. He was always accommodating and I would highly recommend him to which infact we did with our family members who always used him. Thank you for helping us at a very low point of our life and looking after us and our house. Highly recommended.
